Wonderful down home cookin'! Waitresses were very friendly and efficient and went out of their way to make our dinner experience great!

Breakfast here rocks, lunch is good. Dinner is so-so. Service is always pleasant and helpful.

Bout as good breakfast bar on weekends as have had in along time, the food is alot better, and very fair prices, great biscuit's & gravey😉

Amazing food great service everyone is really friendly

Being a vegetarian my choices are usually limited no matter where I go for dinner. My only experience with The Grove Family Restaurant is when I ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce. Marinara sauce is a supposed to be meat less but this had quite a bit of ground beef. This was a pick up order so I couldn't just send it back so it ended up being lunch the next for my husband.

Food was pretty good and the portion sizes are massive! Our waitress was very nice and professional. Prices are great for the amount of food you get

The staff were friendly and good was good. I knocked it down anstar because our burgers were much smaller than our buns, and the restaurant itself is in desperate need of a remodel & good cleaning, but we would definitely return.

Pulled in here on a whim after i saw a bumper sticker. Good choice. Chicken livers were perfect. Cole saw was right up there with KFC and they make a mighty mean patty melt. Save some room for peanut butter chocolate pie too.

From my understanding, it's the only decent place to eat in mountain grove. It seems the town would agree as it's always busy with family and familiar faces. Fast friendly staff.

The food and service is always great! Had the bbq chicken sandwich (whole chicken breast, bbq sauce, bacon and cheese). It's my new favorite sandwich! Oh and don't forget the carrot cake, so yummy.

WOW this place is GREAT!! Our first time here, and they give big servings, great friendly service. We WILL be back and telling our family and friends!!!

The food was really delicious and the portions were pretty big as well. The food was also fresh and handmade which was a huge bonus! The price was decent to add to that. The waitresses seemed a little distracted though. Only asked how we were once when the food was dropped off. Still would LOVE to visit it again and eat their delicious food.

This was a great breakfast place. The rest of the menu looked good but we always went for breakfast. Large portions and the staff was attentive and nice. Parking lot is set up a bit odd but you can always find room.... the breakfast burrito is great but not on the menu... just ask for it you will not be disappointed.

Good clean place and friendly waitress and the best fried chicken in the area we'll worth stopping and eating will for sure be going back also if you like breakfast you can get it all day

I know the family that works there. Let's just say the new owners kept them for a reason. Neil and Rob Perkins are some of the best cooks around only surpassed by their mother. The girls and one of the guys in the front provide wonderful service and are attentive without being overbearing. They earn their tips I promise.

The food quality wasn't that great and the prices were a bit hi. The staff were very nice.

They have an amazing skillet selection for breakfast. I especially loved that Mexican skillet! The chili was great and very enjoyable. Almost went and asked for another. 😋

Chose this restaurant for the variety. There is something for everyone and they serve the whole menu all day. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Only slight negative was that after we were seated it took a while for our waitress to appear. But service was good once she finally came by.

An amazing place to take a break and relax for a home cooked kind of meal. Amazing food, a little slow on service but well worth the wait! A place we will definitely visit when we travel to Missouri again. Loved it!!!

Go the the place were the locals go. I have been at the grove several times and it always has customers. Good home style cooking. I usually go for the breakfast menu.

Great food! It was packed when we got there so you already know it was about to be good lol! Even with them buying very busy, we didn’t have a long wait for our food. Staff was very friendly.

Wonderful food. Huge portions and the taste is amazing.. breakfast anytime. The place is always busy.. fried chicken was amazing and the best I've had since grandmas.

Friendly staff. Down to earth good tasting food with very reasonable prices. Apparently a favorite eating place for locals, place was full. Full plate entrees & free pie on Wednesdays.

Friendly service and the food tasted great! Had a veggie omelet just like what my Mama used to make! Pancakes are a little weirdly thick and chewy though, not how I like them.
